Cancellation/ No Show Policy

Your appointment is a time that has been set aside exclusively for you with one of our massage therapists. We understand that your time is very valuable and in an effort to respect your time as well as the time of other patients, we require a MINIMUM OF 24 HOUR NOTICE to change or cancel your appointment.

We do understand that we all have very busy lives and situations may arise last minute, however, last minute cancellations and no shows will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service.

Additional services will not be eligible for reservation until you have paid the fee for the missed service. This is done in fairness both to the clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the therapist who is not compensated if they do not provide the service.

Arrival Policy

All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time will be charged. As a courtesy to all of our clients as well as our therapists, we thank you for being prompt.

We will always do our best to accommodate the full time of service, however, the client accepts full responsibility for being on time to the scheduled appointment.

Reservations

In order to help you secure your desired appointment time, we advise you schedule your visit as far in advance as possible. Availability for service is not guaranteed without a scheduled appointment time and credit card on file. Valid credit card information and a $35 deposit is required at the time of scheduling to guarantee your reservation. Gift certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment time. We maintain this information as part of our cancellation policy and will only make charges to the card on your account on the date of your scheduled service. Please review our cancellation policy above.

Respect for Needs and Boundaries

Our massage therapists are happy to adjust pressure, music volume, temperature, or spend additional time in certain areas if requested.

You may choose to leave on as much clothing as desired to achieve the level of greatest comfort during the massage. You may refuse any massage methods or request the massage be stopped at any time. The client will always be draped modestly to only reveal the area being massaged.

Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate and will cause the session to be terminated immediately.

Scope of Practice

For clients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy, please take note that we require a doctor’s note stating the doctor is aware and agrees for the client to receive massage therapy.
